Cancellation Policy
At Opal Salon WNY, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment Arriving 10 or more minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or services being altered. If you anticipate being late, please reach out directly via call or text. Please note that if you are unable to make your scheduled time, a cancellation policy fee may be applied.

Late Policy
I recognize that life can be unpredictable, and appointments may need to be adjusted. I kindly ask any changes be made before 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call/text before 24 hours before a fee is applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no notice at all, will incur a fee of $15 for haircuts & $50 for color services. This fee must be settled before you can secure your next appointment.
